Birmingham Wine School Terms & Conditions 2017
We like to be flexible and a booking (except WSET - see below) may be changed up to 14 days prior to your event, at no extra cost. You may though send a substitute.
WSET courses. Because of the cost of the course and materials, and the lead time for registration, WSET courses may only be changed up to four weeks before the start of the course. After that, we would have to sell your place before we would be able to change your date. You may send a substitute. No refunds will be provided.
Your booking is not secured until payment is received – all courses and tastings must be paid for in advance.
All bookings are refundable up to 4 weeks prior to the event date. If a refund is requested more than 80 days after purchase date, the full amount will be refunded less a 5% Administration Charge. We do not provide refunds for gift vouchers.
We will only cancel or reschedule any course or event in extreme circumstances, and will always refund any payments for courses that have been canceled or rescheduled, if no alternative event is acceptable. We aim to give 7 days notice.
Please note that gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of issue.
We reserve the right to ask any person to leave any event if their behaviour is deemed unacceptable or disruptive to others.
We do not serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.

Birmingham Wine School is the trading name of Eagles Grapevine Ltd, which is a limited company registered in the UK. Our registered address is Eagles, Chapel Row, Cropredy, Oxon, OX17 1NS.
